IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
This design (CLASS OF 25) will be used on the hoodies, using the first name of each child in the Y6 class inside the number 25 (plus surname initial if there are duplicate names in the class). All first names have been taken from the class lists here: Pupil Names Y6

The Brookside logo will be embroidered on the front.
The hoodie used is the same as the Brookside school PE hoodie.
The cost will be £17.00 each for sizes up to age 13 (children’s) and £23.00 for sizes above (adult S/M/L/XL). Your child can choose the colour of the hoodie, then either black or white for the printing ink (choose this carefully depending on the colour of the hoodie i.e. a black hoodie would need white print, but a black print may stand out better on a pale/light colour hoodie).
Hoodie colours available are:
Black, Purple, Burgundy, Deep Royal, Grey, Bottle (Green), Dark Royal, Navy, Red, Sky (Blue).

In the event of any issues with stock on colours/style, the closest alternative will be arranged for you. If anything is not available, or there will be a delay, we will contact you.
As a further option, hoodies can be personalised on the back with the child’s name/nickname, and this will be printed in capital letters below the ’25’ design on the back. This is optional and will cost an additional £2.75 per hoodie.
The final date for ordering a leavers hoodie is 4pm on Friday 23rd May, and they will all be delivered together (to school) free of change after half term (during week commencing Monday 2nd June). Please ensure you choose FREE SHIPPING at checkout.
