Frequently Asked Questions

We try our best to make the whole process of ordering your school uniform as fast and simple as possible. You should be able to find the answers to any questions you have here, athough feel free to get in touch with us if you can’t find what you’re looking for info@schooluniformsolutions.com 

What payment options do you accept?

We currently safely process all payments on-line through Stripe. All major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted, plus all debit cards.

Delivery Methods

All uniform orders will be delivered free of charge to schools and made available for collection.  You will hear directly from your school once your items are available for collection.

Please note that during some school holidays, arrangements will be made with individual schools with regards to collection of uniform.

Schools will usually be open for school uniform collection on the INSET day(s) each September before the Autumn Term commences.  Dates will be confirmed on here closer to September 2024 or check with your school office.

To avoid disappointment, please consider your own timescales when ordering.  The last date to order school uniform, for school delivery before the end of the Summer Term 2024, will be Monday 1st July 2024.  For orders received after this date, although we try our very best we cannot guarantee delivery to school before the end of term due to the high number of orders at this time of year.  The next delivery date to school will be in the INSET day in September.

What if something doesn't fit?

If you have ordered an item that doesn’t fit, please contact us and we can arrange an exchange or refund.

Please note that personalised clothing cannot be returned, eg: PE hoodies with initials, so please make sure you use the sizing guide available on the website.
